Barbary African Lion – “Phantera Leo”
“Mufasa”, our adult Male Barbary African Lion is a large part of our Big Cat Family, weighing well over 500 pounds, Mufasa is a laid back and relaxed Lion much of the time. He does have a frisky side that sends him parading across wide open fields, his luscious golden mane flowing in the breeze. Beings that he is a “Barbary” Lion, he is from the Barbary coast of Africa where the temperatures do turn cold and there is snow in the higher regions. The Barbary Lion is an extinct species in the wild. This handsome boy gives his “call of the wild” several times a day, the sound reverberating off your chest…his robust voice just makes you shudder!
Mufasa loves to pose and give stunning and intense looks!
