"I have photographed Troy's "Animals of Montana" several times.  In each situation, Troy was professional, thorough, and conscientious.  He has proven to be very knowledgable about his
animals, and sensitive regarding their care.  At the same time, he has worked to optimize the photographer's experience, and I have made great images because of his efforts.

Troy has a strong sense of what situations will produce the best photos.  He often noted
lighting conditions, backgrounds, and animal behavior.  Troy also works hard to create environments that are indigenous to the animals' native habitat--whether at his facility or "on location" at another designated site."

“Animals of Montana has every other “game farm” beat by a mile in terms of training and performance of the animals.  What especially impressed me was the relative ease with which Troy gets the animals to behave and perform, not just when there’s a photographic issue, but all the time.”
